All sales at https://mowdon.com/ are final, which means we do not accept returns.

In the highly unlikely event that your item has a defect, is damaged or a mistake was made by us with your order (receiving the wrong item, size, or color way) please reach out to us within 48 hours at care@mowdon.com or us to replace the product.

For a smooth return or exchange, an unboxing video is required. We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues can occur in transit.

An uninterrupted, clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package helps us and our shipping partners investigate and resolve any claims for damaged or missing items as quickly as possible.

How to record your unboxing video:

  1. Begin recording before opening the package. 

  2. Make sure the shipping label is clearly visible.

  3. Show all sides of the sealed package to confirm it has not been tampered with.

  4. Open the package and show the contents as you take them out.

  5. If you notice any damage or missing items, please show them clearly in the video. 

Please note: Claims for damaged or missing items cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.

For the replacement to go through make sure the product is returned in its original condition unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging. We reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged/without tags.

Because every product is made to order, returns, refunds and exchanges are not supported if you order the incorrect size, design or colour. Also, please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address.
